Our story
A college with a clear calling
We are a professional health training institution serving Ntotroso, the Ahafo Region and Ghana's evolving healthcare system.
The College of Nursing and Midwifery, Ntotroso (CoNM) is a premier public nursing and midwifery training institution located in Ntotroso, Ahafo Region, Ghana. Established on 22nd February 2014 through the visionary leadership of the Ntotroso Traditional Council, led by Barima Twereku Ampem III, the college is dedicated to developing highly skilled, compassionate, and ethical healthcare professionals.
Academically affiliated with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and accredited by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC), the college operates under the professional regulation of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (NMC).
Our learning culture values academic discipline, safe clinical practice, respect for every patient and responsibility to the wider community. Students are guided to think critically, communicate clearly and care with dignity.
Through strong classroom foundations, skills-laboratory practice and supervised clinical placement, we help learners turn knowledge into confident, ethical action.
